Mrs. Mole`

Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Molé

I am excited to be a fifth grade eLearning teacher this year.  It is a wonderful opportunity to continue learning by trying something new.  Prior to this I have taught at Larkspur Elementary for twelve years.  At Larkspur I have taught grades two through fifth.  No matter what the grade I love see the sparkle in a child's eye when connections are made in his/her learning.  I also love learning along side my students and can't wait to see everyone's growth this year.
I was born and raised in Michigan. I went to Western Michigan University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. After graduating college I moved to Southern California where I taught for eleven years. I taught grades second through eighth. Several of those years I taught in the Gifted and Talented Program. During this time I also earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from California State University, Northridge. During my eleven years of living in Southern California I got married and had two children. My children's names are Leah, age 19, and Luke, age 17. In 2005, our family decided to move to colorful Colorado. My husband, Paul, is a teacher at Palmer Ridge High School in Monument. We live in Castle Rock.  As a family we like to attend a variety of sporting events.  We also like to travel.
