Mindful Coloring

Mindful Coloring is the process of focusing on how we choose and apply color in a design to bring our awareness to the present. This allows us to let go of the past and future thinking and bring our attention to the present moment. If you find yourself going towards a thought in the past or future, bring it back to thee present. Don't judge yourself when this happens.

“I am choosing the red marker and I will use it to color all of the hearts in this picture.”
